Create a Post-it Note in Outlook
From within Outlook, it is possible to create the electronic equivalent of a paper sticky note. It’s a great way to jot down your questions, ideas, reminders while in the middle of another task. The notes you create can be left on the screen while you work. Notes are great if you want to save information that you might want to use later, such as text to be used in other emails or documents. You can leave the note open while you work and put it anywhere on the screen for easier viewing.
• From within Outlook press Ctrl + Shift + N
• A new note will appear on the screen
• Type the text in the note
• Move the note to a suitable location on the screen by dragging its Title Bar
